Are you famous and a fan of fried chicken?

The Producers of “Eat St.” would like an Austin-Based Celebrity to appear on the Lucky J’s episode. Seriously. As I do not personally know anyone who fits the bill, I’m putting the word out there…have their people call my people. ; )

We will be shooting an episode of a new series devoted to street food some time in May. I will post more details as I get them.

More Interviews and TV Segments Coming Soon!

On May 15th I’ll be returning to the KXAN Morning News to do another in-studio cooking segment. This time I will be making a Waffle Breakfast Taco.

Today I was interviewed by renowned food writer Fiona Sims who is in town working on a feature for the London Times. Hopefully she will be devoting an entire article to the Austin Trailer Scene.
