Because You demanded it, Lunch comes to Waller St.
Starting Tuesday, April 13th Lucky J’s will be open for lunch at our 6th Street and Waller Location. Lunch Hours are Tuesday-Friday 12pm till 3pm. Come and Get it.
Post SXSW Hours for Waller and MLK Update
Lucky J’s @ Waller will now be open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday! Our current hours are Thursday and Friday from 7pm till 3am, Saturday from noon till 3am and Sunday From noon till 4 pm.
As many of you have noticed, we are not yet open full time at the Longhorn Food Court. Without boring you with the details, we hope to be up and running in the next week. Stay tuned…
New Location, New Hours
We are now open 4 days a week at our 6th Street and Waller Location. We will be expanding our hours during SXSW (12th through the 21st) to basically rock it out all day and night long. I’ll post the schedule shortly. Right now visit us from 10 pm till 3 am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday Night and from 12 pm to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday Afternoon.
Join us on Monday, March 1st as we open up shop at the Longhorn Foodcourt (MLK and Rio Grande). Our normal hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 am till 4 pm.
Lucky J’s is Moving!!!
I’m sure many folks are wondering what the heck we are up to. We closed up our Burnet Location a bit suddenly, but not to fear…we are moving into an exciting new trailer park eatery that is currently being built in the West Campus Area! We will reopen the trailer on February 1st at the corner of MLK and Rio Grande. Stay tuned for hours and menu.
In the meantime, we will be expanding our hours at the 6th Street/Waller Location. We are also always available for catering orders with 24 hours notice.
Lucky J’s Waffle Tacos Now Open!
Join us at our new establishment for your late night fix. We are located @ 6th and Waller, and are currently serving from 10 pm to 3 am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Our original Burnet Location is currently open for lunch weekdays from 11 to 3 and for dinner from 5 till 8. Brunch is still on every Saturday and Sunday. Feel free to call in to go orders or catering orders @ 512-296-9914…we’ll make it happen.
Lucky J’s Closed 10/30 and 10/31
We had hoped to have our new truck up and running by this weekend, but alas it was not meant to be. We will be closed on Friday 10/30 and Saturday 10/31 as we participate in the Flatline 2009 event at the Shoreline Christian Center. Come visit us there from 5pm to 11pm on Friday and from 10am till 11pm on Saturday.
We will reopen on Sunday 11/1 with the return of LIVE GOSPEL MUSIC!
We’ve got something really special in the works, so stop by between 1:30 and 4 pm on Sunday.
Lucky J’s is Coming to Downtown Austin!
So we’ve recently purchases a second vehicle ( a 22 foot truck) and are currently outfitting it for service. Look for us Downtown in the Fall, or better yet, book our truck for your private event!
Back Patio Area Now Open
We’ve recently doubled our number of picnic tables. Come enjoy the shade under our pecan tree and kick back with an ice cold sweet tea…or feel free to BYOB if you are in the mood for something stronger.
Thing are slowly moving forward…
We will begin renovation of the facility at 5701 Burnet Road in the next few weeks. We’ll keep you posted as construction begins
